Our Services

Adults
Occupational therapy supports adults experiencing disability, injury, illness or changes in function to participate as independently and meaningfully as possible in everyday life. This may include functional assessments, daily living skills, home and community participation, routines, fatigue or energy-management strategies, assistive technology, environmental modifications and practical strategies to make everyday activities safer and more manageable.
Teenagers
Supporting teenagers to build confidence, independence and the practical skills needed as they move towards adulthood. Therapy may focus on organisation and executive functioning, emotional and sensory regulation, self-care, daily routines, social participation, school engagement, community access and developing greater independence in everyday responsibilities.
Children
Occupational therapy can support children to develop the skills they need to learn, play, grow and participate in everyday life. Support may include fine motor and handwriting skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, attention, self-care, routines, play and social participation, with practical strategies that can be used at home, school and in the community.
